Financial Policy
Our financial relationship with our patients is an important component of excellent patient care. We request a guarantee of payment for new patient appointments on the day of service, unless we can obtain guarantee of payment from your dental insurance plan in advance. We reserve appointments for our patients in advance and may ask you to guarantee your appointment with a credit card. Treatment and adjuncts not covered by insurance, estimated co-payments and deductibles are payable on the day of service. We may charge a fee for missed appointments and cancellations.Our business department is available to help you with your account and insurance claims.
Payment options include: dental insurance, personal check, cash, debit card, bank check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, or pre-payment plan.
